INGREDIENTS

1 Coconut fresh grated (only pulp and reserve the milk)

14 packets sweetener (no aspartame)

8 whole eggs

1 tbsp. Coconut Milk (reserved)

¼ cup skim milk

½ cup light cream

1 tbsp. Orange zest

METHOD OF PREPARATION

This is very simple to prepare, in blender (or mixer) place all ingredients and beat until a mousse.

It then dumps the contents of the pan. Bake 35 min.350 f. Finally, unmold and sprinkle with orange juice. Freeze the remaining liquid over a few drops of coconut sweetener, add to blender.

Decorate with this and fresh mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS

6 Pears medium

2 tablespoons sweetener

9 ounces unsweetened whipped cream

1 cup water

METHOD OF PREPARATION

First, wash, peel and chop the ripe pears. Then heat the water and sweetener in a sauce pot for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. After that time remove from heat and puree them (by hand or machine).

Refrigerate for 1 hour to cool, then remove and mix with whipped cream and bring back to the fridge for an hour. Serve in bowls with whipped cream.

Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

5 ounces of Milk

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

6 packets of artificial sweetener

How to Proceed

To begin we will dissolve the starch in cold milk, add the cocoa and sweetener.

Then we will mix and bring to low heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for a few minutes and it gets brighter in color. After that pour into a bowl.

Cool and store in the refrigerator until serving time. Done!
